Many thanks to the Green Ridge Neighborhood Association and all the citizens and FOLers who came to the Scranton Council meeting to demand that legal action be taken to uphold the 1990 Settlement Agreement and stop the flow of leachate through the combined sewer line in Green Ridge that can back up, allowing leachate into homes, schools, churches, and businesses or to overflow into the Lackawanna River.
